All compression computation happens in your own browser, so the tool's operator doesn't bear server compute cost for each compression — unlike an online tool that uploads to a remote server, which typically needs quotas, accounts, or paywalls to control that cost. Since the compute cost lands on your own device, there's no reason to impose an artificial usage cap.

When it might feel like there's a limit

• A tab slowing down under a very large batch — that's a device performance issue; process in smaller batches.
• Folder automation being unavailable in some browsers — that's a compatibility issue, not a usage limit.
• A very large or corrupted file failing to process — that's an issue with the file itself, not a hidden quota being triggered.
